Great Power Point presentation on cap and trade

Someone directed me today to a really good animated Power Point presentation to introduce cap-and-trade concepts to students, prepared by Holmes Hummer, a Congressional Research Fellow in the United States, Introduction to Cap-and-Trade: Using Musical Chairs – An Illustration of Managed Scarcity. I recommend the full version (available for both PC and Mac Users).
